Our small group classes are designed to meet you where you are —whether you’re brand new to Pilates, looking to keep up a regular practice, or ready for more of a challenge.

​

 Booking Details:

  • Classes open for booking 6 weeks in advance

  • Space is limited — we recommend reserving early

  • Sign-ups close 12 hours before class start time

  • Reformer Classes require Previous Reformer Experience or

8 Foundations Classes or 3 Private Lessons

Wednesday

  • 8:30am → Mat (All Levels)

  • 6:30pm → Reformer (Intermediate)

Thursday

  • 8:00am → Reformer Foundations

  • 6:00pm → Mat Foundations

Friday

  • 8:00am → Mixed Equipment

  • 12:00pm → Reformer

  • 5:00pm → Reformer Foundations

​

Saturday

  • 8:15am → Mat (Intermediate)

  • 11:00am → Mat (All Levels)
