Group Class Schedule

Our small group classes are designed to meet you where you are —whether you’re brand new to Pilates, looking to keep up a regular practice, or ready for more of a challenge.

 Booking Details:

  • Classes open for booking 6 weeks in advance

  • Space is limited we recommend reserving early

  • Sign-ups close 12 hours before class start time

  • Reformer Classes require Previous Reformer Experience or

8 Reformer Foundations Classes or 3 Private Lessons

  • 10:00am → Reformer

  • 4:00pm → Reformer (bi-weekly)

Monday

  • 12:00pm → Reformer Foundations

  • 6:00pm → Mat (All Levels)

Tuesday

  • 8:00am → Reformer 

  • 6:30pm → Reformer

       (Jumpboard 1st of the month)

Wednesday

  • 9:00am → Mat (All Levels)

  • 6:30pm → Tower 

Thursday

  • 7:30am → Reformer Foundations

  • 6:00pm → Mat Foundations

  • 7:00pm → Rest + Restore Foam Roller
    (monthly pop-up)

Friday

  • 8:00am → Mixed Equipment

  • 12:00pm → Reformer

  • 5:30pm → Rest + Restore Reformer
    (monthly pop-up)

Saturday

  • 8:15am → Mat 

  • 11:00am → Strength-Focused Mat
    (bi-weekly)
